Are you an experienced ER RN seeking adventure? Join Sunbelt Staffing for a 13 week travel assignment in Burlington, VT. As a vital member of our team, you'll provide compassionate care to patients. WhileImmersingyourself in Vermont's vibrant capital city.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients presenting to the emergency room, triage patients based on acuity, and prioritize care accordingly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, following established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Perform diagnostic tests and procedures, including but not limited to EKGs, wound care, and IV placement.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Vermont or compact state
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience working as an ER RN.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications.
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
