Job Summary

Our client is seeking candidates to be part of their team as a Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruiting (specifically with Supply Chain & IT roles), excellent communication skills in English, and highly preferred if they have experience with Workday.

 

Job Description

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical positions, including software engineers, developers, data scientists, and other IT roles.
  • Candidate Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Workday Utilization: Utilize Workday for managing recruitment processes (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in the tech industry and recruitment best practices.

 

Skills Required

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of technical recruiting experience.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
  • Preferred: Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

 

Education/Training/Certification

  • Must have at least a bachelor's degree or currently in pursuit of bachelor's degree.
