Job Details

As a Project Manager, you will oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate all aspects of project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Coordinate and supervise construction activities.
Review and interpret project plans and specifications.
Ensure compliance with building and safety codes.
Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Implement quality control measures to achieve excellence in construction.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
