Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in ground-up multi-level construction projects to represent the general contractor on-site. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully managing complex projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent the general contractor on-site, managing all aspects of the ground-up multi-level construction project from pre-construction to completion
Collaborate with the owner's representative, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans
Manage and supervise the on-site construction team, ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on schedule and within budget
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements
Attend regular meetings with the owner's representative and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, budget, and schedule
Monitor and control project costs, including labor, material, and equipment expenses, to ensure projects are delivered within budget
Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, identifying any potential issues or delays and recommending solutions to overcome them
Manage the closeout process, ensuring all necessary permits, approvals, and project documentation are obtained and properly stored
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed their expectations

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Project Manager with a focus on ground-up multi-level construction projects
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements related to commercial construction
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from pre-construction to completion, on-time and within budget
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
