Blue Lotus Wellness, LLC is looking for a Full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team!

Our team is a nurturing, kind group of people who value excellence in the care we provide for each other and our clients. Working with and healing clients using both traditional counseling and alternative healing modalities including Ketamine Assisted Therapy, EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, Imago Therapy, Gottman Therapy, Medication Management, Solution Focused, Somatic Experiencing, Expressive Arts, Dance Movement, Yoga, Reiki, Hypnosis, Mindfulness, Functional Nutrition, and Ayurveda. We also host domestic and international wellness and healing therapy retreats, of which our therapist family can facilitate, and we invite you to join us as our newest team member!

Candidates should have solid experience with psychotherapy, and an eagerness to expand and grow clinically. $70,000 - $86,500 yearly

Objectives

• Determine the status of patients mental health by using medical information, interviews, observation, and testing, as well as collaboration with other staff members
• Create individualized treatment plans that include goals and objectives for each patient
• Provide customized therapy treatment utilizing both traditional and alternative healing techniques to help clients achieve treatment goals
• Provide crisis intervention as needed
• Be willing and available for some participation in off-site retreats, workshops, groups
• Offer community resources or specialists to patients and family members who are experiencing difficulties
• Reassess patient situations and provide appropriate follow-up care based on their current needs
• Potential for Supervision promotion opportunities

Requirements

• This position requires a Masters's degree or higher
• Active NH Licensure (LCMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) required
• Will require at least one evening
• Maintain your own Psychology Today profile
