Requirements of an HVAC Installer: - Previous experience as an HVAC Installer
- Basic mechanical aptitude, and ability to perform regular manual labor
- MUST have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Relevant HVAC license and certifications in state of CT
- MUST be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication skills with coworkers, management, and customers
