Human Resources Assistant
A full-time, direct hire Human Resources Assistant position is available in Concord, NH! Our client’s busy team is looking for candidates with some HR experience to assist with day-to-day functions including payroll, benefits, recruiting, and more. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a diverse set of tasks and wants to build more skills within human resources.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Assistant

  • Assist employees with questions regarding payroll and benefits
  • Assist in processing payroll and update employee records
  • Process benefit changes
  • Manage and post to social media accounts
  • Perform data entry
  • Cover for reception desk when needed
  • Perform routine office tasks, such as filing, answering the phone, distributing mail, etc.
  • Greet visitors and assist them, as necessary

Qualifications of the Human Resources Assistant

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in HR
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized
