Job Purpose
Fashion Directors are pivotal in crafting an unparalleled shopping experience that melds exceptional guest service with in-depth product knowledge and a vibrant personality. At Euphoria Lingerie they play a crucial role beyond just leading our staff. They are trend navigators, and local market experts, working closely with the Purchasing team to curate a product line-up that not only meets but anticipates the needs of our guests. Their insights into fashion trends and sensitivity to our guests’ unique tastes help in setting the direction of our offerings ensuring that every visit to Euphoria Lingerie is memorable.

Qualifications
We are seeking individuals with a blend of expertise and enthusiasm to join our team in a role that’s crucial to our ethos of empowerment and customer service.

  • Retail Leadership Experience: A background in retail management, particularly in clothing, intimate apparel, or a related field, demonstrating a capacity to lead with vision and integrity.
  • Product and Trend Insight: A deep understanding of fashion and lingerie trends, coupled with an intuitive grasp of customer preferences.
  • Sales Excellence: A proven track record in sales. Not just meeting but exceeding goals through strategic thinking and a customer-centered approach.
