Overview:

Team member will assist and be responsible for a broad set of processes and tasks supporting our end user hardware asset management organization. The team is responsible for end to end lifecycle management of over 70K end user IT devices across the bank including computers, monitors, printers, and other IT accessories.

Looking for a versatile, motivated, logical and data driven individual to work with our team to take ownership and drive process improvement across a number of areas within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support the hardware request approval and deployment process:
  • Approving/rejecting employee hardware requests based on defined business rules
  • Adding approved hardware business rule exceptions to the approved exceptions list and using it to approve/reject hardware requests
  • Developing a more systematic and automated way for users to raise exceptions requests (versus current process done via email).
  • Maintain and improve documentation for end users outlining the bank's equipment standards.
  • Maintain informational document inserts that are included with outbound equipment shipments to end users.
• Support employee end user hardware request portal (PCA Request) enhancements and maintenance:
  • Manage the backlog of enhancement requests we have for the PCA Request tool.
  • Validate product lists in the PCA tool are correct
  • Identify and resolve other issues in the PCA Request tool
  • Execute QA and UAT testing of enhancement requests
• Manage the inventory, configuration, distribution, and tracking of Verizon MiFi Jetpack devices
  • Order MiFi devices from Verizon Site when needed
  • Configure newly purchased MiFi devices
  • Manage distribution and returns of MiFi devices across the bank
  • Other general administration and monitoring of MiFi devices
• Improve documentation and controls around other asset lifecycle processes
• Perform data analysis and create metrics to help measure process performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support additional Hardware Asset Management efforts as needed based on changing priorities of the organization
