JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Database Administrator is responsible for oversight, development, training and support of the AIM database. This role will have a birds eye view as well as be in the weeds of the database, ensuring the system is usable, nimble, and equipped for campaign and event needs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or related field), and/or equivalent in field experience.
3+ years experience as a Database Administrator, experience in Virtuous preferred.
Experience working in a Non-Profit preferred.
ADDITIONAL REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Up to date with trends in database administration.
Analytical mindset with good problem solving skills.
Has previously owned and implemented a migration within databases.
Approaches challenges with a can-do attitude.
Thrives communicating technical speak across many levels of knowledge.

Ability to learn new computer programs, software, and applications.
