Job Details

Responsibilities:
As a Construction Manager, your core responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing and managing all phases of commercial construction projects from initial planning to completion.
2. Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
3. Developing and managing detailed project schedules and work plans.
4. Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
5. Utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
6. Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
7. Conducting risk management to minimize project risks and maintain safe onsite conditions.
8. Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including site reports, designs, and blueprints.
9. Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
10. Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
