An upscale café & bar in Tribeca (NYC) seeks an experienced full-time  Restaurant Manager to join our talented team.

Who we are: We are an upscale café & bar that operates as a coffee shop, transitioning into a cocktail bar as evening falls. This makes us an ideal spot and one of the most sought-after reservations in town.

Job title:

• Restaurant Manager

Compensation:

• Starting at $45 hourly
• $85-95K annually
• Paid sick days
• Quarterly bonus pay based on incentive metrics

Other incentives:

• Flexible schedule
• Easily accessible by public transportation

Schedule requirements:

• 5 days weekly

Language requirements:

• English

Must have experience:

• 2 years of prior restaurant management experience
• 4+ years of previous experience working in a restaurant
• Ordering & receiving, inventory
• Inventory management
• Staff education, training, and motivation
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Payroll (Paychex)
• Staff scheduling (monitor daily to ensure appropriate staffing levels to maintain customer service levels)
• Managing 5-10 people
• Square POS and Open Table
• Instagram, Time Out New York, Downtown Alliance, and Local Outreach
